We’re a small, independent agency based in Bath – but our latest piece of client success highlights our ability to generate top tier coverage both here in the UK and around the world.
We’ve just begun working with a new client with an absolutely brilliant product that’s advancing one of the world’s oldest and most loved industries – wine.
Not only has Garçon Wines produced the world’s first flat wine bottle – it’s also made from 100% recycled PET, not single-use plastic. Along with turning pre-existing plastic back into something useful, re-inventing the traditional 750ml wine bottle into a product that’s lightweight and uniquely spatially efficient has caught the industry’s eye as a way to significantly lower both its logistics costs and CO2 emissions.
With Christmas on the horizon, we kick started the campaign by generating coverage in a number of lifestyle stories including the Mail Online, Yahoo! News, the Daily Telegraph, Shortlist, the consumer tech site CNET and the website for the US lifestyle entrepreneur / commentator Martha Stewart.
But with Garçon Wines successfully pivoting to become a B2B service, we’ve also been busy putting together angles that would appeal to business journalists.
Within a matter of weeks we secured two stories in Forbes. The first focused on why the company pivoted and was quickly followed by a feature that wondered whether the revolutionary flat bottle “could be the biggest advance in wine packaging for 200 years.”
Stay tuned as we uncork further top tier coverage – cheers!
