Worrying as the news is, the Brexit result has definitely stirred up interest in all sorts of areas – especially the impact of the ‘out’ vote on the UK’s vibrant and rapidly growing tech sector.
Knowing that journalists would be interested in the views of tech entrepreneurs we hit the phones and secured some great coverage for our coffee pod startup CRU Kafe.
First off the rank was The Times carrying comments from co-founder Colin Pyle. Things got even better when both Forbes and the Financial Times did likewise.
This coverage follows the excellent launch of the campaign when Forbes ran a feature story on CRU Kafe back in May.
With the bar already set high so early in the campaign, we’re already securing the next round of coverage – including fitting CRU into a Daily Telegraph feature on the rising popularity of coffee pods and another Forbes story on entrepreneur hiring tips.
And with increasing worries about the environmental impact of coffee pods, the Evening Standard gave their vote of approval over CRU’s green credentials.
