We’ve been working with Northstar Homes for a number of years – and joining the list of lead-generating pieces of media coverage we’ve generated is this story in The Guardian.
Along with Bath Building Society, Northstar Homes plays a central role in helping university students get a place on the property ladder and purchase their own buy-to-let home via a 100% mortgage.
An offer of an exclusive story was quickly snapped up by The Guardian’s personal finance section. The end result was a balanced, two-page feature, which included two paragraphs of quotes from and a name check for our client.
Again, we knew the role that a case study – in this case student Jonathan Pearson – would be central in ensuring coverage.
To quote founder Agi Eugenio, the resulting story “made a profound difference” to his company’s growth, allowing him to “punch way above our weight ” via national media coverage “we could only dream about.”
