In developing our PR strategy, our top target was the BBC’s highly regarded and globally broadcast tech show ‘Click’.
The resulting coverage saw the story go viral with broadcasters and journalists from all five continents following the BBC’s lead.
The Cambridge-based start-up quickly became the BBC’s most read story and its website had one million clicks within four weeks.
The resulting coverage, together with additional campaigns targeting marketing, media and advertising trade titles – including this feature in The Guardian – has helped Captive Media raise funds to expand its operations, enabling it to sell record numbers of its units both here in the UK and overseas.
